With over ten years of experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating life transitions, meeting wellness goals, those living with mild cognitive impairment, caregivers for loved ones in all stages of dementia, and supporting people through grief and loss.
I’m here to walk alongside you on your wellness path, helping you uncover your strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the complexities of change—whether big or small—and the importance of personalized support along every step of the path.
I am a person-centered therapist dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space for your healing journey. By drawing on over 15 years of mindfulness practice and experience as a meditation mentor, I can support your practice of cultivating self-awareness and presence.
I also integrate practical tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, internal family systems, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help you navigate challenges and build a more resilient and balanced life.
I presently have availability on Fridays in-person or online from 8a-5p.
